Non-Refundable Items
- Downloadable prompts and digital content are non-refundable once purchased.
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate Purchase: Accidental multiple purchases of the same prompt.
- Technical Issues: If the prompt is defective or not as described.
